Ss. Colman-John Neumann's CYO program supports the Archdiocese of Philadelphia's Youth Ministry Program.
Program Fees are used to purchase uniforms, equipment, sports awards as well as to pay for CYO, referee, and tournament fees.
Program Fees are paid at the time of sign-ups and submitted along with various forms including Medical Forms and Permission Slips (See Important Forms side bar link for documents).
