Registration for Free Field Hockey Camp
The SCJN CYO is sponsoring a free, three-day Field Hockey camp for students who are currently in third through eighth grade. The camp will be held from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on May 21-23, 2012 on the SCJN field. To register, you must do the following by no later than Friday, May 18, 2012: (a) complete the Medical Information Form that appears below; and (b) either email a copy of the Form to m.nassib@hotmail.com or hand deliver a copy of the Form to Skyler Parzyck, Grade 5.
To participate in the camp, students must bring a field hockey stick, a mouth guard, shin guards, and a water bottle. If you have any questions, please contact Greg Hauck at (610) 520-0553.
